Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV) – AdFirst Golf

Article 1 – Company

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “CGV”) govern the contractual relationship between:

AdFirst Golf EURL, a single-member limited liability company,

with its registered office at 38 rue du Docteur Arnaud, 13360 Roquevaire, France,

registered with the Trade and Companies Register of [city to be specified, e.g. Marseille] under number [SIRET to be provided],

represented by its Manager, Mr. Jérémy Ladreyt,
(hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”),

and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter the “Client”) wishing to make a purchase via the website www.adfirstgolf.com.

Article 2 – Purpose

These CGV define the conditions applicable to the online sale of products and services offered by AdFirst Golf, in particular equipment, accessories, and services related to the practice of golf.

Article 3 – Orders

Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these CGV.
The Client will receive an order confirmation email summarizing the selected products, the total price, and the delivery address.

Article 4 – Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), excluding delivery costs.
AdFirst Golf reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced at the rate in effect at the time the order is placed.

Article 5 – Payment

Purchases must be paid for:
• By credit card via a secure payment solution,
• Or by any other method offered on the website at the time of order.

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Article 6 – Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Client when placing the order.
Delivery times are given for information purposes only and may vary depending on the carrier.
In case of delay, AdFirst Golf shall not be held liable; however, the Client retains their statutory rights in the event of prolonged non-delivery.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code), the Client has a period of 14 calendar days to exercise the right of withdrawal without giving any reason and without incurring penalties.
Products must be returned at the Client’s expense, in their original condition and packaging.

Article 8 – Warranty

Products sold are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

Article 9 – Liability

AdFirst Golf shall not be held liable for damages resulting from misuse of the purchased product.
The Seller’s liability is limited to the amount of the order.

Article 10 – Personal Data

The information collected on the website www.adfirstgolf.com is required for order management.
It is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The Client has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data by contacting: contact@adfirstgolf.com.

Article 11 – Intellectual Property

All elements of the website (texts, logos, images, graphics) are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of AdFirst Golf.

Article 12 – Mediation

In the event of a dispute, the Client may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator.

Article 13 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These CGV are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts within the jurisdiction of the registered office of AdFirst Golf.
